Knackers - cannot see a hostile T/O being to any parties benefit. If a predator pharma goes hostile what do they do with the company afterwards. Can they put up the cash to deliver all products through phase III into the future - would they want to? On both counts - unlikely. So do they sell off parts of the company they are not interested in - unlikely again. Why? - how do you clone AK/SK and a well functioning and integrated research team - you don't you just destroy the goose that lays the golden egg(s)(so to speak). A hostile T/O would be like turkeys voting for Christmas.
