Hi Everyone,
For the record, I did not even read the placing document when it arrived, I just sent off the cash. Why, you might ask? Well, because I have the up most confidence in both the management, and the products.
Whilst it is easy to criticise the actions of management, and I would be the first to agree that, things sadly did not go according to plan, with the timing of the recent fund raising. Never the less, history shows that the company has a good record of accomplishment of doing the right thing at the right time. We of course, only posses the information in the public domain, and are not party to all happenings as negotiations progress. Therefore, with this in mind, the fact that the company continues to make very significant progress, and has plainly demonstrated it is not going to "give away" its products at any cost, then supporting the fund raising was a natural decision.
Next year will be a very significant one for the company, and its shareholders. For both those who have just discovered the company, and for the long-term holders who have been investors for many years, I am confident we will not be disappointed. IMO we will see the start of the company being transformed from a good Biotech prospect into a World Leading Biotech Company.
I have said this before, so I will say it again. You have to be in to Win, the deals will come out of the blue, and most importantly, all that is required is patience. An attribute that is in short supply on this thread at the moment.
Finally, my real reason for posting. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a "Prosperous" New Year. The later being a no brainer IMO.
All IMO, catch you all in 2006.
Best regards TooMuch
