My post was slightly idealistic....I hope AK is the sort to make such a speech, but not 100% convinced.....also I agree institutions can sell out too, but if this really takes off they may want to keep the profit for themselves rather than hand it on a plate to genentech or some others....

I am more convinced that AK doesnt want to hand it on a plate to someone like genentech (or wyeth..., or vernalis.....)

whether he would peronally stand on the ramparts and wave his sword at the advancing armies himself is another question....
