Unfortunately I personally could not disagree more.

Institutions will usually go for a bird in the hand that has absolutely no risk rather than wait for a brighter mid to long term future. 20p on the 25p they paid will do most of them I would have thought.

They can then invest their ‘winnings’ in the next big thing.
