Gartmore did what Gartmore and others always do.....
until the fat lady sings on this deal they decided
how many they wanted to trim....the price stayed weak....
they got enough for what they sold......and now that the
price is going to be hammered in the run up to the fat lady
squealing the option is there to take advantage and build
again as the value of the cash and the new business becomes reality
after the deal date!!!


Or has something happened to suggest the deal is not going ahead?

Sure we see this sort of mm shyte with pre announcements on a daily
basis!!!
