Yes now seems to have crept below the 16% mark again, hence the RNS, I believe that one would not be needed for the 785k trade as I believe they still own it as I explained before, but the sale of the 500k lot would have reduced holding below 16% hence RNS. As for any lack of previous one, they seem a law unto themselves on when they will or won't report any changes in their holdings here, probably due to the complicated network of holding in different funds/nominee accounts,etc.
