UBS hold most of their shares as a nominee for others, the main one?
Have a look back through this years RNSs and work it out, the clue: ADVFN did not publish the relevant correct RNS the day after it had posted one that was incorrect, look at that one a corresponding one from another of our main holders.
So I think it may be that the increase in UBS's holding is some re-jigging of the portfolios, reason I think that, the Institutions have been buying cannily all year, I cannot see one of them buying at 31.5p. They will have been approached for sounding out on this deal, it is conditional on an EGM vote and the Company missed out on a vote once before, so they would not have taken this for granted this time.
