No continual bullshit, The management is young and ambitious and have pulled off some amazing deals in the last 3 years or have you missed them?
Buying OPTI for a song!!! Then signing up Sysmex to distribute in the Far East, Then the two deals with IDEXX the one for VetStat possibly doubling the market and the development of a new platform using our technology and consumables is also going to bring in substantial revenues.
No-one at ROCHE had been able to produce so much out of OPTI, they did not even know how many units were actually deployed and operating.
The purchase of OptiGene from MOLS has given us a POC DNA testing platform that will be able to run many assays and tests in the future. The management have also managed to squeeze a deal for some IP within the Optigene platform, namely the plastic tube technology with heavyweight ROCHE. The company also feels that it can manufacture and sell this product independently from ROCHE hence the Optitube range.
The recent purchase of eSensor has given us a product that can perform medium complexity testing and this will lead to higher revenues per test and much higher margins.
The Management have been quick to instigate measures to take back distribution rights in Germany due to poor sales and install their own team Osmetech GmbH, who have sold more OPTI units in the last 3 months than the previous incumbents did last year.
Osmetech has also started to distribute other products for third parties AVOX (worldwide ex USA) and extra urinary test products in Germany, this all builds revenue and using present staff and facilities.
They have managed to attract top quality management to come and join Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics, these people are well connected and experienced in this field, they would not have joined if they did not see the potential for the products and believe in the Directors future plans.
They have managed to attract institutional investment from Shroders and Gartmore, who would not be anywhere near such a low valued Company if they did not believe in the management strategy and plan. There are other institutions and funds invested too.
They have production facilities that have received regulatory approval, with spare capacity to produce more and they have gained a foothold in the USA, this has been a clever decision as the US is the biggest market and will favour products manufactured in the US.
With two of their purchases the management have persuaded ROCHE and MOTOROLA to invest a substantial stake in the Company.
So no Bullshit, just Facts.

Just because you couldn't comprehend the transition, mind you any in depth thinking is a little beyond you, does not make the management bad, it just shows your understanding of the situation was!!
