Chris Evans has we think transformed the co in recent months, the co has lots of cash and is about to spend it. Chris Evans has recently reduced his holding considerably (5% of co's market cap), and the share has gone up some 15% since. This is I think because some institutions have got to satisfy there demand and are buying for the long term. The NHS has increased its microbial testing budget fourfold in the last six months, so somebody has to benefit. Celsis has developed a microbial testing unit that reduces the results time from 7 days to 48 hours.
