Current Market cap 5.5m at 3p. Land on Poole harbourfont valued at 7-14m. Whole area is due for redevelopment and Pilks will have to move. Parts of business are profitable, whole thing is unprofitable but generating cash.
Also have 20 acres in Manchester which is probably worth another 9 or 10 quid (just joking).
Management talk of 'serious expressions of interest' and a large stake held by David Cicurel.
İt's only a matter of time before somebody breaks up Pilks and there is at least 6p a share in there IMO.
