It all sounds perfectly reasonable and probable.
It may well even be that it is thanks to Aeris' involvement (change at the top re Mr Kelly and forward momentum, drive and re-direction, etc), that we have indeed moved on finally. I can't complain at all if that is the case.

As you rightly pointed out from an earlier post of mine where I bemoned the lack of progress and requested changes, whilst enquiring if Vialogy and OIP management were up to the job - well perhaps Aeris has indeed come to the rescue in more ways than just financially at that time of crisis and doubt a year ago and we may owe them a very BIG thank You.
