1)Yes, Aeris provided rest of the funding. No third parties, as far as I am aware
2)I suspect OIP participated as much as they could, and that having further funds available would not have changed the position. Quite often when another investor like Aeris comes on board, agreements are made as to the split of future financings. Don't forget it was only a year ago when OIP/BIP were writing down their investment in V and I should think were only too happy for Aeris to take up some of the slack.
-Also OIP are working with Aeris as investing partners, OIP have got a damn big chunk of V and it would be difficult ,i'm sure, to resist calls from Aeris to have an icreased share of the pie.
-must stress the above is my guesstimate!
3) Don't know....seem to remember they did have something like 11% or so, would guess they have 15%+ now.
-Bottom line here is owning 40%+ of V is a very nice situation for OIP to be in, esp. as 2006 is going to be THE year!!!!!
