No news about the lawyers? That just disappears until finished pouring over the paperwork sometime in 2006 or it's not happening and no fireworks. Indeed, the market does tell us it's at least not for 2005 or anyday soon.

Presumably need to decide on more funding for Vialogy too. If not earning enough revenue or able to confirm contracts, as the previous year's end of funding time (Aeris), is just about up? We will indeed see if OIP/Aeris or other financial vehicle is ready to commit funds and invest against progress made.
