Got my RTD cheque today. Am heavily into TEF. Had some about 4 yers ago and unfortunately sold them all for a decent profit. Bought a few last year when the 2012 Olympic bid was successful and have since taken a significant S/B.
On a PE of 13 which is not racy for the sector, they are in the right area, they have a good landbank, they are building relationships with housing associations and they are currently "being looked at".
They are not for everybody but I am taking quite a large punt on them.
