OFEX in 2005 - will we see the resurrection?

In my opinion S Brickles and Co should be congragulated for their achievements over the last 6 months.Resisting the temptation to jump in with both feet they tested the platform in the first week of it's launch with around 50 shares increasing this figure to 340 the following week having ironed out any glitches etc.PMK are now in a rather unique position and from a relatively low cost base will be able to chip away at the LSE monopoly and I expect this to commence early Jan with a significant increase in the number of stocks traded through the Plus Trading Platform.As more and more brokers use the platform(my broker with many branches are going "live" end Jan) the credibility of Ofex will be greatly enhanced and it may just be perceived as a viable alternative to AIM.The quality of company launched on Ofex will improve and the amounts raised on flotation through institutional placings will rise to levels as yet unseen on Ofex.....
