Well, I've recently bought some shares in this company. Despite not really agreeing with their original strategy (since then the shares have lost 60%), it's starting to look like they are getting their act together. There is also a reasonable discount to NAV. There is potential for the company to become a mini RAB Capital or to flex its strategy to get a re-rating.
In particular, I think that this is quite a good way into Archipelago Resources as they now control over 50% of the equity. This investment is worth about £9m to Ocean. Would like to see a full listing of investments by market value. Anyone got this? To lazy to work it out fully from the AIM prospectus.
