grahamcm, what we do know is that the planning application is in (with the Rotherham local authority) and that a (positive) decision from Rotherham is expected very shortly. Indeed, but for a change of job by a key person in the Rotherham team, an announcement would have probably been made just before Xmas. It would be amazing if Rotherham did not give its full approval. Then its down to the office of the DPM, and hopefully news in the following month or two. There is no serious objector and hardly an objector at all. So some real progress should be made in 2006, touch wood.
