I have always stated that cars will be the mass model that makes this company. It is easy to poo poo a very rapid increase in sales, but Toyota are adding 400,000 units to thier production to take them to 8.5million per annum. A roll out to another one of their models, or more, would be very significant. And that is just one manufacturer.
Electronic gizmos will churn, that is to be expected. As long as the number of replacement items exceeds the drop off, assuming no other roll outs in any other markets, then no problem.
It took Dolby years and years to make it into virtually all sound systems, and all that entailed was an extra chip.
Valuation is down to an individuals appraisal. My appraisal is that the IP this company owns is worth £100million on the open market minimum. Which is why on balance my holding keeps getting added to.
