They have stated they only were waiting for the "exciters" to become cheaper as they loved the tech and all it brings to toys (allowing waterproof Barbie's in the bath/Action men etc)plus the design is far easier less weight etc!
With all the new products released since then,the cost to manufacture "exciters" must have TUMBLED!!!! and will continue to fall
