HH,
Royalties for NXT come when the TRANSDUCER is manufactured. Some sytems require multiple transducers, hence more revenue per speaker. I don't think it is clear if there is a differnce in royalty bewteen a 10Watt and a 20Watt transducer, but it doesnt really matter in the grand scheme of things.
If you are familiar with the S curve of birth, infancy, growth and retirement you may want to ponder where NXT would fall. Just plot the rough figures. I am sure you would say it is in retirement, being short on the stock. But as a casual observer, who isnt a holder, I would suggest that sales are in the infancy stage, perhaps just starting to go into the growth phase. This isnt ramping, it is a reasoned judgement. You just have to plot the graph.
The problem being short on a share like NXT, is that the killer app which makes it really take off may be just around the corner. It may not. BMR certainly answers a lot of questions and has been well recieved by the hi-fi industry. But don't write off the good old-fasioned flat speakers yet mate - you have been warned
