NXT MODERATED CHART AND DISCUSSION THREAD (epic: NTX)

So it was 2 USA Patents granted covering touch screen as well as Automobile Doors ect ect ect on the 2nd of January 2007.These clearly strengthen and bring forward NXT's patent coverage in these areas (and start the clock on the Patent lifespan)so I wonder who or if any comp such as NEC have been waiting for this "protection" before launching in the USA with SoundVu?

Again likewise Johnson Controls and Intier with Door Panels incorporateing NXT tech in the doors, would you want to launch with so little patent clarity/cover?

Amina ceiling tiles only recently launched in the USA (again covered by these patents)coincidence?

Surely these grantings can only help and add weight to NXT going forward?
