NTL's rising shareprice after restructure... will Telewest follow suit?

I recall some discussion earlier in the year that there might have been a plan for some form of dual listing in New York and London. But having re-read the various recent RNS it seems clear that there will only be a single listing on the NASDAQ, with presumably no market for Telewest Global Inc shares in the UK. If this is correct, whilst there will probably be an increase in the new share price once it is trading in NY, UK holders will have the added hassle and costs of managing a dollar account.
