Lob - my entrails tell me that there has been a secret tryst tween Mr Web and Ms Beckett in which Ms B has assured him things are ticketyboo and that she will arrange for some of the Exch shareholders to sell him a tranche at an advantageous price. Hence he has had to free up some cash. Bingo, some more of the overhang gone and the market sees Eaglet's confidence and follows suit. Much to our benefit.
