The Company advises that on 3 March 2000 it granted Stuart Mitchell,
Finance Director, options to acquire 200,000 fully paid ordinary shares
of 2p each in the Company at £28.50 per share.
These options will become exercisable as to

80,000 between 3 March 2005 and 2 March 2010
