You have sussed me out !! But then I think we would all like to be able to call the bottom on shares...that's the problem I had with ETQ and MDY last year, divided in too early in the mid teens for ETQ and mid 20s for MDY...both were showing great potential for significant gains and the basically the management in both cocked it up later in the year and the rest as they say is history...perhaps like you say things will improve for 2004, I certainly hope so.

NSB for me has definitely turned the corner now and I am looking forward to an excellent 2004 with them.
