Holding in Company
Deal Group received notification today that, following a disposal of 600,000 shares on 16 December 2005, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited (“JOHAM”) is currently interested in 41,235,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 10.86% of the total issued share capital.
The total holding of 41,235,000 shares includes a holding of 8,500,000 shares by FF&P Small Cap UK Equity Fund, a sub-fund of FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund and a client for which JOHAM act as Investment Manager, and a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A Companies Act 1985 of 32,735,000 Ordinary Shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager of undertakings for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS).
