also I believe Walmart trades on a P/E of near 40 Tesco 15 I would say there are benefits to either floating in US or to try and a get a foot hold, we will see.
Tesco again very cunningly has let all the supermarkets start price wars a few months ago and kept things more or less as they were until now where they are pulling out the stops watch the TV over the next few days you should see adverts for 50% reductions half price sale etc etc.
