The blades from the wind turbine in Sunderland that caught fire, dropped off into a field.

There's a wind turbine right next to the Waitrose car park just north of Swaffham in Norfolk. It was erected there in 1999 and opened by Michael Meacher [the man of many houses!!]

There's one just off the M25 near Watford. How many more are there that are located near to roads/public places? There is an obvious Health & Safety issue with these installations. Though the wind turbine lobby will undoubtedly claim that this is a one off!

If it had happened at Swaffham I wouldn't want to be in the Waitrose car park at the time!! I assume that Waitrose are well insured!!

Nuclear is the only sensible way ahead and even Phony Blair's lot are starting to prepare the public for this. But the science & engineering lobby have been saying it for years!
