Yup. Here's what I just posted on the NAD thread in response to your post there:

My postings were based on the latest Companies House records at the time (annual return filed 21 October 2005) which showed that the officers of Chesteroak Ltd were:

Company Secretary: Samuel Nathan Kahn, 37 Holden Avenue, Salford, Lancashire, M16 8TD

Director: Aron Dan Coleman, 6 Pinkas Street, Bene Berak, 51484 Israel

Issued Share Capital: 1 share, held by Michelle Kahn, 37 Holden Road, Salford, Manchester, M7 4LR

I assumed that 37 Holden Avenue M16 8TD was the same as 37 Holden Road M7 4LR (interesting that a Company Secretary with a property background should miss such a discrepancy). A quick bit of googling at the time found that the property was on the market.

There has since been a 2006 return filed, but I haven't paid the £1 necessary to download it. If anyone else wants to bother then go to:


I know that at the time you suggested that the Chesteroak link was a "false flag" from the boiler room pushers. I wasn't so sure, hence why I sold my NAD shares. If something stinks of fish, my first instinct these days is to assume its fishy.
