Evening all. Sorry to hear that your knee is also playing up wilkie, especially as you like your running so much. Do you think that the two may be connected, or is there something else that has caused your problem? I, too, love to be active. It was the love of walking that got me back on my feet not so long ago, and the opportunity to play golf again was like icing on the cake. Trouble is, I think, my muscles and joints, not having been worked all those years, are complaining now. Plus, of course, I am nearly 6 years older! My main problem is when I twist the knee, which does happen in the golf swing. Continuous walking does make the joint swell up slightly, but it blew up like a balloon when I last played golf. However, as I said earlier, today's little walk has not had too bad an effect, so I am quite happy.
I'm even happier with the day's results - UP £842. I am now only 8.67% down on my position 9 months ago, and gaining ground. Hope it keeps up. fh
