Northern Foods - a Tasty Choice!

Evening all. Well FTSE put on just shy of 1% today, but unfortunately my lot couldn't match this, and advanced just 0.6%, this rise being accounted for almost entirely by an adjustment for the last half hour dip to JJB on Friday last. Most of my attention has been taken by HMV, which has been hovering just a few pence above my buy price, as today's maximum electronic order size was just 3000 shares and I am looking to go well beyond this. See if I can have more joy tomorrow.

Hopefully, a few others on here may have fared a little better than me today. At least many of us will have made great gains on NFDS. Also we should pass the 6000 messages mark by the end of the week - I wonder when this total will pass FTSE.

fh, you're not the only one with knee problems at the mo. I am off to see the physio tomorrow and hope that they can positively diagnose the problem. Previously, I have had to wait a few days to see someone, by which time the symptons have subsided. I've been dragging the lower half of my right leg behind me today and don't anticipate a 'Lazerian' recovery for tomorrow, so am hopeful that I will be able to demonstrate the problem. I've booked my flight for the Marrakech Marathon/Half Marathon (probably half now) at the end of January, so I am a bit hacked off to be having problems as I take great joy in running and a good part of my social life revolves around it nowadays.
