Northern Foods - a Tasty Choice!

Evening all, just got in and seen at a glance that i'm up a magnificent £1013.72 driven by SBT. Need to see if theres any 'news' thats driven the rise, or just closing out shorts a s Aleman suggests. At a glance only other contributors were PZC and NFDS, but one downer was BFC, which is probably one i share with MRP's duffer list. I need to check whats what, but most seem to have dipped a tad...

Aleman, I'm no fan of shorters; I don't understand the practice really, but it seems a very negative way to do business, and distorts/manipulates stocks unduly, i feel . I have enough trouble buying, holding and selling, without learning new tricks! Pardon my ignorance, but how do you access the stock on loan figure? (advfn, digital or hemscott). Thanks in advance.
