Morning fh. If it's any comfort, I reckon you have made a good call on NFDS and totally agree the debt announcement must be good news.

Hope to hear today or tomorrow regarding the dreaded parcel of land, so I'll then be in a better position to know whether I can act on any buy impulses! It may be that I'll start building up another portfolio through the business, as we are likely to be sitting on some cash for a while and it seems a shame to let it go to waste! I'll probably not take too many WHOG style risks with the company's money as that may not go down too well with our auditors! NFDS would certainly be at the top of the list if I go ahead. MrP
