This Prime London housebuilder should grow profits faster than any other listed builder on the LSE. 1 Million pounds last year, 2 Million pounds this year, and at least 3 Million pounds next year. In other words , 100% increase, falling to 50% increase.Today on a pe of 6. falling to a pe of 3, then a pe of 2 for 08. Top this with the very real chance of a take over, and we just might get to a share price 6 times 28p ie £1.68. That would mean a market cap of around 36m pounds. On a pe of 10,pre tax profits, would need to hit 5M pounds. I ask myself can that be done, well yes it can, if London house prices go up in 2007 at the same rate as they did in 2006. NTA is sitting on a gold mine, in the form of cheap land. Todays share price , will not hang around for long, in my view should hit a pound without any more news. NTA, tell us, [on the web page],that they have £500 Million of joint venture sales over the next 3 or so years. If prices go on up as they are now, 50p in the pound could be made on sales, to share out with joint venture partners. We are then talking telephone no profits.
