NORD ANGLIA HOT TO TROT

I tend to agree that Nord Anglia is not particularly well run...average management in my view - some successes, but a reasonably high level of failures. I have said for some time that a demerger of Princess Christian Nurseries is the best thing that they can do. This business needs more cash to expand, but appears to be a strong business with better prospects than the rag-bag of schools. I think Nord Anglia is too broad a business and they should get more focused! A break-up is the best way forward then, but I think that egos may prevent this from happening.
