NOP to 200p and Beyond!!

has it crossed any ones mind that shell are holding up holland for some reason??? i still dont believe that a rig would not have been around the corner,to drill the next well either after it had found oil or not, think about it we all know how difficult it is to get a rig dm knew that he would not be able to get one immedeatly, i really think that there is more going on here than meets the eye after all its been 7 weeks since the announcement while this area may be mega money to nop its pennies to shell, things are just to quiet its been 18 months since this story started, dont tell me that its all kosher because i dont think it is
