NMT is it a BUY??

mali7 - It'll take longer than that IMO. The only way these'll make a substantial premium over 4p is on the basis of hard news, or the rumour of such news. NMT requires patience. At this price it's a worthwhile punt and could treble in 12 months given good progress. The product's a good one and they at last seem to have solved the production problems. They've also redesigned the product to cut cost. All looks good. What's needed is news of further contract wins and favourable moves on the legislative front Stateside. Of course, they could also be vulnerable to a bid, though I'd rather they were'nt tempted. Just don't get too bothered about short term moves. This'll inch up and down short term as profit takers take their gains.
