First point; What makes the Inv Chronicle article look bullish? It doesn't look that way to me. It looks distinctly cautious pointing out several problems which need to be overcome.
This brings me to my second point; After the 15£ million convertible bond issued through new shares. Plus the addition of the rights issue shares, means that 150 million new shares will be issued.
Allowing for the fact that all the shares will be hopefully taken up at the time of issue, will they be subsequently sold? Producing an huge overhang. Also will that enormous number of shares mean a dillution and consequently a reduction in the share price?
Finally directors holdings I notice they have not increased their holdings in fact I don't think they have over the last year!
Your veiws please. Have a happy new year and many more of them.
