If you look at the history you will not only see that in July this year the company was worthless but also came under the control of Hanover Capital. I believe that one of the "rescuers" was connected with the original promotion of Underwriting & Dubscription when it came to the market several years ago and if you note what they did with the original money through cross investment in other AIM stocks promoted by the same people - thus generating fees - one has to ask why anyone on the basis of the last six months would ascribe any value north of a penny amd despite the soothing announcement by the Company that GT have not resigned for any adverse reason I think one can assume that GT were more than happy to depart anyway.
As it stands right now this company is nothing but a "Shell" that has provided the boys with plenty of opportunity to make a lot of money when the right deal comes along. The present share price has anticipated all this and those that bought in the low teens will have to be patient.
