As for talk of free carry etc to stop shareholders selling out..since when did any company care two hoots about its shareholders?
Care to correlate that post with this one?:

They hope to get a free carry IF a JV is secured....
no idea how long that will take, though...
It looks as if the company is (through you) trying to suggest that they hope to get a free carry. What other reason could they have than to encourage the shareholders to continue to hold after such an abysmal RNS.
It also suggests that they are discussing price sensitive information, as there is no mention of a free carry in the RNS and you mention that "THEY" hope to get a free carry, suggesting that this information was passed to you by NML or NML's PR people.
Either way, a free carry would be something that would affect the price of the share. Therefore it is price sensitive information. You are suggesting that "THEY" shared this with you and not with the market as a whole (as evidenced in the RNS), which is contrary to the FSMA. It appears that you may have crossed a very big line.
