caiman27 - thanks for the info - it seems clear enough. Now I'm back to wondering who owns the company.

My biggest concern is that even if (big IF) the company does cut a deal on C9, there is little to stop them going private if the new shareholders are that way inclined. Offer the holders 1.5p and the new shareholders have made 200% profit. That's why their identity matters to me.

I shall hope that SH is an honourable person. And promise to pursue him doggedly via the Australian regulator if not!
