New Millennium - Diamonds, exploration and mining

LONDON (AFX) - Diamond explorer New Millenium Resources Ltd said it widened
its full-year pretax loss to 8.4 mln aud from 6.96 mln the year before on total
revenues of 58.97 mln aud, substantially lower than the 421.4 mln aud it posted
in 2004.
The company said it has in the past year focused its resources on diamond
exploration in Angola and supported Hudson Resources in its joint venture
exploration on diamonds in Greenland, and that it is seeking further diamond
licences, particularly kimberlite diamond exploration licences, in Africa.
