"Other than the matters set out above, there has not arisen in the interval
between the end of the 2005 financial year and the date of this Report any item,
transaction or event of a material and unusual nature which, in the opinion of
the Directors has significantly or may significantly affect the operations of
the Company or its state of affairs."

I have to wonder about this statement.
