What is your source for this placing? And what price have the shares been placed at, to raise how much?

I don't dispute that a placing is about to happen - NML must be completely broke by now - but just wonder how you know what is going on? And how much of that you actually do know?

Suggest that you state some facts before ramping.

Couldn't agree more. Spite and vindictiveness have no place on an internet BB. Pity some folk don't realise that. If NML can survive through the next few months, then that will be a watershed. Let's just wait and see what happens and not worry whether director X has 50 shares less than he should have. Still less should we worry about whether an inexperienced director with no knowledge of alluvial diamond mining "told lies" to equally inexperienced shareholders a year ago when they asked the wrong questions and got anwers that they didn't comprehend.
