Based on that recent share issue to the B Brothers, NML have now paid them 126k in cash and issued them with just over 13 million shares. I don't see how any investor read that as anything but good news. The branderhorst brothers have accepted equity in a diamond explorer instead of CASH! you don't do that unless you are very confident the company IS going to produce diamonds.
The recent acceptace of directors to take stock for pay is also encouraging. Yet again a show that the directors believe the company has a good future, and that brings the total shares (excluding options) held by directors to around 33 million.
