LONDON (AFX) - New Millennium Resources NL, the diamond mining and
exploration company with projects in Angola and Greenland, said Piet and Neels
Badenhorst have converted 630,000 usd owed to them into shares in the company as
a show of confidence in its future.
The sum was the outstanding payment for the Badenhorst brothers' 1.26 mln
usd sale of alluvial diamond mining equipment to New Millennium.
The company said it issued 8.253 mln shares at 0.10 aud (4 pence) each to
the Badenhorsts.
In addition, New Millennium directors have converted 386,857 aud in
outstanding fees into 3.865 mln shares, issued at 0.10 aud each.

Get ya calculators ready, how quick can they flog them, well, if NML cant afford to pay them who says the bro's will want to know NML for anymore time than they have to, GET REAL YOU LOT.
