"New Millennium Resources NL (NML), the international diamond mining and
exploration company with projects in Angola and Greenland, today announces that
further exploration of sector 1/5 has yielded continuous diamond finds of
various carats including two large diamonds of 11.67 and 19.83 carats. The
diamonds have been confirmed by an on-site geologist.

Exploration of the Lapi Diamond concession in Angola continues despite heavy wet
weather conditions which are expected to last until the end of February.

Grid pattern "grab pit" sample extractions of sector 1/5 have so far proven to
be viable in content of diamondiferous gravels, yielding continuous diamond
finds of various carats throughout the target area. Exploration of this area is
nearing completion.

Exploration will proceed to neighbouring sector 2/5 and continue through the
targeted area contained within the total 323 square kilometres of the
concession. The established exploration programme will ensure steady and
progressive mining activities, which are scheduled to commence March 2005"


It does state quite clearly that the diamonds were discovered. If they had bought them from the garimperos wouldn't that constitute a lie? Also notice that they say they are finding diamonds of various grades continuosly!
