Well that would contradict what John Cross himself said, which was that mining would not commence properly until February, and THEN the 5000 carat parcel would be collected in two weeks.

And it also contradicts the NML press release dated 20/12/04 itself said, "The established exploration programme will ensure steady and progressive mining activities, which are scheduled to commence March 2005.

You may well be correct about the kimberlite, but I would be surprised if NML's press release of only 8 days ago was so far out.
