This probably explains it energyi. The rewards ARE potentially good, but will not start to filter through until sometime in 2005 at the earliest and anyone with stock then will be sitting pretty. But anyone buying into CMR now will have to wait 2 1/2 years before they see any action which puts off a lot of traders who want a quicker return than that.

I'll watch this closely!!
