Michael Jackson is very experienced in marketing and packaging up software for SME's. imo easy content management is one of the absolute essentials for small businesses on the net and its not been sorted properly yet. So for me its a play in that market and I think its a sufficiently big market to be attractive.
Small businesses aren't necessarily going to get to the top of Google and become worldwide successes, but they will imo all need to be live on the net with a decent updateable site, because broadband has raised everyone's expectations.
A few missing images and pages with dodgy layouts will instantly lose customers - easy and professional content management is the answer. Whether this co can penetrate that market well we shall see.
It will be interesting to see whether the relationship between the software, web developers and the final customer works in the same way as the Sage software has through accountants to the final customer.
